Orginally I was going to give it a 7 out of 10 because I felt like the story wasn't progressing much since episode 2, and admittedly I wanted more batman scenes. But the character interactions were so strong this episode it made me forgive that so, a solid 8 out 10 for me.
The interactions between Bruce & Selina and Bruce & John were the highlights of this episode. The brevity of our interaction with Tiffany, the lack of consequence of leaving Bane or HQ behind, and the lack of progress were the main weaknesses. Both of them got away way too easily. I mean, seriously, why couldn't the cops have shot at her at least? Or did they, and they all just happened to miss. And is this, in some miniscule way, a privilege she has being a white woman? And considering that he's a luchador... I'm surprised that he didn't get shot. Bats got shot... 8/10.

Probably an 8/10. The plot itself didn't progress much, but the character interactions throughout the episode were great (we also got a lot of focus on Bruce and Selina's relationship, which was neccesary given that she's been absent for two episodes and how they parted ways in Season 1).
Solid 9 as far as I'm concerned. I'm slightly disappointed the story did not move forward much, but the character interactions more than make up for it. Telltale have blown me away with the Bruce-Selina ship. Things could always change for the worst obviously but I'm cautiously optimistic.
Only thing missing really is Frank. Where is he ? I bet he is the one who will rescue us.

Im seeing alot of 8's and 9's around so im guessing everyone liked the episode and agrees that this episode was more focused on relationship bulding rather than plot forwading

Been pretty solid...though I think there are too many villains....
I love Bane's design...Harley is great and John is Good....Freeze...I dunno...just not feeling him....and The Agency walking all over Gordon...it is like pissing in my cereal...sure I can still digest it...but I am not a fan.

Id personally rate the episode a solid 8 out of 10, there was some fan service in this episode, but this was the right kind of perfect fan service.

Nope. It was really just an easy no hassle way of continuing the story. No deeper meaning to it unless that's something you want to see.
Episode 1 10/10
Episode 2 8/10
Episode 3 9/10

That'll be amazing, just imagine frank busting in guns blazing taking out countless goons. Would be freaking epic!

Frank busting in The Pact's hideout. "Kept you waiting, huh?"
Please Telltale.
Instant 10/10 and a GOTY winner if that happens.
At the very least a 9/10, what Telltale has done with this series has been brilliant, really hoping they keep it up with 2 episodes remaining.
10/10 Catwoman flirtin
10/10 John Doe being awesome
Overall a solid 9/10 episode, but then again I am a sucker for all the Cat/Bat scenes I can get my hands on
Overall I feel like Telltale has been nailing it this season
Ep 1. A solid 8/10
Ep 2. 7/10
Ep3. 8/10
