Was Riddler the father of Catwoman?
They both share green eye color. They both like "playing games". Catwoman does mention that she lost a friend. When she talks about her relationship with him its cleary more then just business. I think its here father or maybe her uncle or something. What do you guys think?

I was just thinking about that, considering Telltale likes to do twists. Selina obviously hasn't revealed everything, and I doubt she had a romance with him.
They both have green eyes? I didn't notice that, but it would be interesting if he is her father. There is definitely something more between them that Selina isn't letting on.
I thought the same the entire playthrough. The way Selina talked about him definitely didn't come off as a reliable contact when money was tight. If not by blood, then Riddler has gotta be some one who looked after her for a while.
Right? I don't think romantically but who knows. Probably just took her in under his wing and they had a close bond.
That or he looked after her at some point. But if he was her father shouldn't she be a bit more broken up about it? Like cried at some point or something.
I doubt they're related in any way but I do think they have some sort of connection. I think it'd make more sense for him to be her Alfred. Someone that took her in but not a father or uncle.
Yeah, I find the mystery surrounding their relationship really intriguing. I wouldn't expect them to be related, but then again there's the fact that we still haven't learned Riddler's full name, which is certainly suspicious.
To be fair, Bruce had never heard his first name until Selina called him Eddy.
I was wondering about that myself
I don't think so. I don't like the idea and I think that it would be just... stupid. But on the other hand He might have been more like a father figure to Her, just like Alfred is to Bruce
The games takes place in a universe where Bruces father was a criminal. I don't think its going to sound stupid when they are going to reveal that riddler is related to catwoman.
I wonder if the game will have us reveal to her that we watched him die.
This has crossed my mind as well. He also could have a sort of father figure to her.
Oh my... "They both share green eye color. They both like "playing games". "Guess what, John also has green eyes! and He also likes "playing games"! I bet they are all related, John is probably Catwoman's brother and Riddler's son.
BTW Has anyone noticed that Waller has brown eyes and Gordon also has brown eyes? I have noticed today that even agent Blake has brown/ hazel eyes. It cannot be a coincidence, I just cannot decide who is the parent and who is the child in this trio, but I could bet that Blake is Gordon's and Waller's son...
John has green eyes?! I thought they were brown.
That's funny, because I kind of remember Him having brown eyes in the first game. But in the second one, I am pretty sure that His eyes are green.
Consistency is overrated I guess. lol.
Bro, if you pay attention to the game its pretty obvious that Riddler is more to catwoman then what the game tells you. I was just saying those things to move that idea forward. Catwoman is around 30 years old and riddler between 50 and 60 so its possible. Blake is about the same age as gordon and waller so that theory would be debunked. If its true between Riddler and catwoman the story could be pushed in interesting ways. As for John. I don't think he is related to catwoman or riddler, because that would ruin the game. However, if John and catwoman are related to riddler, the first choice you make in episode 3 when youre in riddlers base will be more meaningful.
Alright new theory. Everyone with green eye color worked for Riddler.
Green eyes are far more rare than brown... but I dunno if that's enough to hang a theory on. On the other hand, it wouldn't shock me if there were some sort of genetic link between Selina and Riddler.
John's eyes are either grey or really light blue btw, not green. Don't remember season 1..
I think your thinking of Bruce with that. I replayed a bit of season 1 episode 4 just to see what color and his eye color is a yellow-brown and then I replayed a bit of season 2 episode 3 and they are green. I actually like his season 1 look a little better than his season 2 look honestly.
Okay, I believe you about season 1, but I replayed a bit of ep 3 yesterday and kept staring at his face because I had read this here lol. They were really light greyish color on my TV, at least when they were at the cafe. I doubt the screen really changes it that much. But now that I'm thinking about the previous eps you might be right. Why would it change.
He's magic.
It is weird that they changed the eye color.
Must be the lighting in that scene then or my current brightness setting.. but I disagree! I prefer the new model and I think the green suits him better.
But about the actual topic, I hope they're not related and it's something else.
Yeah I don't think Selina and Riddler are related. I think it really is just that he was her mentor. Could totally be wrong though. I see Selina as having been on her own since childhood and not having known her parents. I just feel that would more explain her attitude of 'I don't really care about people.'
I agree. Interesting to think that where and when exactly did they meet since Riddler had been gone a long time. Certainly outside of Gotham. She says there was a warmth to him or something, John said that it didn't sound like him. Must be quite a while.. Then again Selina isn't that broken up about it. You'd think seeing someones frozen corpse would shook anyone if it was someone you cared about.
I just think that Selina is good at controlling her emotions just like Bruce, you dont become a cold distant master thief by being emotional
Well it might be the settings of both of my monitors, but I have checked both in the game - and searched google images for "John Doe Telltale" - and I can tell You one thing, This season He has the Greeniest green eyes I have ever seen.
Hazel eyes tend to do that, they can appear Green-Grey-Blue or even Brown depending on the light and other factors.
This is true. If they are hazel, the color seen can shift depending on lighting and the colors a person is wearing due to the specks of color in the iris. Mine are dark green rimmed with gold flakes near the pupil, so they give off the appearance of changing color when really it's just which colors stand out that alter.
Damn i actually never thought of it like that, its a good idea but i think its very unlikly
i doubt she'd cry, shes not really the type even if he was important to her
On the other hand, why go out of your way to get vengeance for someone's death if they didn't matter to you?
Yeah, you're right, it's weird. Gonna have to wait for the last two eps to shed light on this. We're biased against Riddler, but I think the vengeance thing is a bit much.
With how many things are twisted in this awesome version of Batman, I'd not be surprised if they had some close relation even if not by blood. Hell, that makes me wonder if any other new character introduction would be something.
I did go all lovely with Seline, if it's turn out Riddle is her father this will backfire way too hard to me , I also don't think Riddle is dead so yeah... hopefully he won't be her father
I didn't noticed Riddler and Catwoman connection first time I played the episode, but after reading this tread, I'm sure they're connected. I think he might have been like a mentor to her, fatherly figure, but not biological dad. It would be too much. XD
Just imagine Bruce finding out that the ridlers name was Edward Kyle, game changer
Imagine if there is a way to revive Riddler, this could be a major point of contention between Bruce and Selina.
