From the first season hidden passion between them was so intense. TT did a great job showing it. One of the best plot twists, imho.

Sure Montoya's great but there is literally nothing romantic between her and Bruce. I wouldn't be opposed to such a thing in the future if they want to build it up, but as of right now there is zero romantic feelings.
