Can someone explain this ?

In Season 2 Ep 4, I saved Binta and I didn't give Xara's bed.

In ep 5 Xara dies. But in the end Radar comes to save us. And he says ''Xara helped fixed portal''
But Xara died. How did she fix that portal ?

    I guess she must have fixed the portal be for she died.

    Which would make sense since Xara must have fixed it to get to Beacontown otherwise she'd have to have taken the normal way which I think would have taken her far longer.

    But she escaped before Jesse and the gang, if you didn't give her bed... So how?

    Well, Radar did say “ Xara helped fix the portal ”, maybe Radar finished fixing it after she left.
