I must say, your new avatar looks amazing, I love it! Hajime was a great protagonist, but my favorite is a tie between Hajime and Shuichi, don’t get me wrong though, Makoto was my favorite up until the later events of SDR2.
Bigby would have been a good choice too, people in Wolf forums are still quite active and still missing Bigby
I'm a sucker, too. I have an avatar of Link and Hajime (the best DR protagonist imo) side by side, but I need to set up a gravatar to use it… more. And as for this avatar, it was a tossup between Lee or Bigby. I even considered Clementime just because she's the most awesome protagonist, but in the end, I connected with Lee the most.
I might leave a theory or two in the Wolf forums after replaying through the game. Sounds like a good place for theorycrafting and debates.
I definitely prefer Hajime and Shuichi over Makoto as well, though Shuichi can be such a beta at times. However, what really breaks the tie between these two for me is the voice. Hajime has the best voice acting and interjections imo, especially in the final events.

Same. But I’m more focused about blurting out random things, sometimes totally screwed up, other times just plain weird. Some of which include: how many inbreds do you think there are? Raaaaaaapeee and a good bit of Allahu ackbar even though nothing is being blown up and it is just me swinging at a golf ball. Same goes for me screaming rape. Yeah.
Everybody contributes their own unique things to the community.
I only came here for Telltale's oldest games. I've barely played any of the new ones. The newest ones are The Wolf Among Us and Tales From The Borderlands, and I played them years after they released. Maybe when The Wolf Among Us Season 2 comes out later this year, I'll actually play it on time. We'll have to see if that actually happens.
You bring your own stuff to this forum. Regardless of whether or not you're up to date on Telltale's games or have "shown who you are" to others on here, you contribute. You're supportive of others, positive, and still interact with many other people. You'd never be an annoyance! You're always welcome to contribute what you can, when you can, and as long as you can do that you're a part of this community.
I'm just frustrated with everything that's going on in my life and I end up worrying about really pathetic things that don't really matter, probably as a way of distracting myself. I don't know.
And I can't really talk about what's happening so I complain about other really dumb things instead... -_-
On another note, I think you're a really nice, well-mannered contributor to this community.

Eh, no problemo. We all have problems sometimes, you just have to do whatever you can to weather the storm, right? You can always head over to the Vent thread if you've got problems you want to throw out. I've seen that the community is pretty helpful there when it comes to personal hurdles...

Yeah, I've posted in that thread before.
I posted here because I actually started writing an 'about me' thing that managed to be a wall of text without really saying much about me. Then I lost what I'd written, so whatever.

Hey, I haven't forgotten about your comment.
So you don't have to be actively playing Telltale games to be apart of the community?
What's funny is that I joined after I stopped playing them. I've been meaning to re-play them at some point... One day.
I'm not really sure what my own thing is though. Your thing is always trying to give people support and advice...At least that's what it looks like to me.

Nope, they let just anyone on here, amazingly enough! You can even talk about games from Telltale's competitors, and they don't get mad. Of course, most people who come here do because they're playing the current Telltale games, so you'll miss out on those discussions if you're not playing them. You can always go back and read them later if you play the game in a couple of years, but by then, the people who posted there will have moved on to the next new game.

You don't need a "thing." Just post if you find something interesting and want to discuss it, or reply to someone if you have something to say. As long as it isn't one of those never-ending conversations like religion / gun control / politics / abortion / etc.
My Dilbert calendar this month says, "Advice is just ego and ignorance disguised as helpfulness." So take that as you will. I've just been around a while, and there are some things I know now that I wish I'd known when I was younger, so I try to share that when I can. I do sometimes miss the mark, though.

Yah. I was looking that too yesterday. I'm wondering if there is a way to get onto VR chat without owning a HTC vive or Oculus rift. I gotta at least check it out. Maybe it could replace club penguin for me, since the game was shut down back in march and I still miss it for it's online community.
CP was shut down? I thought it just moved onto moble devices.
Dang, that was my childhood. ...Okay, not my whole childhood, just a small, tiny part of it.
All my pins that I've collected that I haven't even thought about for years were all for NOTHING!

I am sorry for the late reply. My appointment was interesting. I was asked numerous questions such as what do I think caused me to feel the way that I do. I have to meet other people at some point in the future to talk about my personal problems as the counsellor I met only does counselling for children aged 16 and lower. And my birthday was one day before my appointment. So I now have to meet a counsellor who deals with adult cases.
I hope your appointment goes well or went well if it already happened! If you ever need to vent on something and don’t want to vent about it in the thread for it, I’ll be happy to listen
Hello, I'm AChicken, and as of today I am 19. Still scared of anything horror related, but recently discovered that psychological-manipulati… moreon-horror is my least favourite. Sends so many chills down my spine.
Anyway, tidbits:
* Personal stuff? I'm from Canada and I speak English and French. I am going to university and I am studying Drama Studies. My passion and dream is to be an actor. I've taken many classes and summer camps involving theatre over the course of my life and it really stuck. Currently, the Drama-related classes are the only enjoyable ones for me, and the other Gen-Ed stuff I'm doing isn't all that appealing. And the campus I go to is small, so there isn't much selection. But, I make do. I'm surviving so far.
* My biggest flaw I think would be that I worry too much. If I'm doing something (usually with others) I tend to worry and get hung up on all the bad things that could happen. Walking around town? I better not get … [view original content]
An actor actor. Not sure about the voice actor part because I have not dabbled in that craft too much.
I've only taken classes, courses, and camps about acting on stage and in front of a camera, so I'd say that's my strongest field.
Oh okay, cool.
I was wondering because I'm kinda sorta semi-partially interested in voice acting, but I don't take classes or do anything like that.
It just seems fun and less daunting than performing in-person.
But according to the voice actors that I've watched/read interviews on, they're not too different.
It's cool that you know what you want to do with your life and be able to work on it so early.

Hi guys just wanted to let you know a bit about me.
I am a really fun person to talk to and people love my sense of humor.
I enjoy reading comic books and playing video games. (Yes I read comics I don't just look at the pictures.)
I play basketball
I am twenty-four years old, Caucasian, and slim. (Sounds like something that goes on a dating website lol)
I also have a mutation in my genes which causes my beard to be red even though I have chestnut brown hair.
I hope this lets you know a little bit more about me. I hope to learn more about you guys and have fun discussions on the TellTale forums.
Been a fan of TellTale for a really long time. The story-driven, choices matter type games are my absolute favorite as a casual gamer.
Other than this kind of genre I'm massively into open-world and survival games. Used to be big into FPS, MMORPGs but like I said, kind of a casual gamer now. This forum seems pretty cool, and generally joined just because I'm always looking out for when I can get my next fix of my favorite TellTale games :P
I guess I should talk about myself. I'm 19 years old, I want to be an actor, on screen and voice actor, and a part time author. I have a story that I am working on that I started the day before my birthday in January of this year. I was in the path of Hurricane Harvey and let's just say I was one of the lucky ones. If y'all are interested about my story let me know. I got into telltale after I played the first season of the walking dead. However, I liked season 2 better because I was spoiled on a lot of things in season 1 so I didn't enjoy it nor feel the same amount of emotions as other people had when playing that game. In season 2, I wasn't spoiled on anything and enjoyed it more than season 1. I'm also interested in the batman series as I grew up playing the Arkham games and watching the dark knight trilogy. So yeah, that's me.
Good day, eh. My name is Taz, and I'm a graduating senior in high school and I live in the Lilac City. I play bass guitar in my rock band Vatican, work on and race Mopar and Chevy muscle cars, and plan on playing hockey as a goalie. I also am collaborating with a couple of friends at school to write a novel .
My favorite game of all time is Telltale Game's Minecraft: Story Mode. The characters and the friendships they have with each other, the story plot and details, the gameplay itself, and all the funny moments in it are why I love it.
I hope you have fun, and maybe make some new friends too!
I'm not entirely sure what you mean by the question exactly, so I apologize that I don't have the answer for you. I admit that I'm a little outdated and foggy on the latest Telltale info...
If you don't mind sharing, how did you first discover Telltale Games?

I'm also a huge psychology junkie, I love storytelling and occasionally writing when I feel comfortable sharing my stories and thoughts, I have a bad habit of doodling patterns all over my notes like those you would find in an adult coloring book, I enjoy baking though I'm still learning much about it, I dabble in theater and I have unironically been called a chess god by a couple of people in the past (I honestly don't think I'm that good lol)
My favorite games are ones that have a huge storytelling focus (especially if they're largely interactive). That mostly means RPGs and adventure games, which is what brought me here
My top three favorite Telltale games are Tales From The Borderlands, The Wolf Among Us and Batman: The Enemy Within
I would love to either work in some form of aviary (or any place providing animal care) or as a psychotherapist of sorts.

War of The Monsters. It's very simplistic in terms of story and graphical detail, but it's combat can be pretty fun as you come up with new combos and use you're environment to your advantage. And did I mention that most of the environment is destructible??
I have to admit, it takes a bit of getting used to the early 2000's style camera movements that sometimes can get pretty annoying when you can't see your enemy, along with memorizing the best combos for taking down enemies and getting your timing right when it comes to dodging, blocking, parrying, grabbing items in the air that are thrown at you (especially gas tanks), taunting enemies at the right time to gain a momentary damage bonus, and the hardest of all, using a steel girder to play a game of baseball with your opponent, as well as remembering placements of helper items throughout each level. But, when you've played the game as long as I have, that isn't really a problem.

Dude, same. Whenever people start telling jokes and stuff, I try as hard as I can to change the subject so I don't end up looking like a psycho.

Hello people,
I am a new member,
First, I want to be friend with anyone here,
So what is your favorite game?
Me:
League of Legends
