If telltale would make a season 3, which villain(s) would you want to have in that season?

I'd personally want Deathstroke/Deadshot, Scarecrow, Hush, Killer Croc, The Ventriloquist, Black Mask and maybe a lesser known villain like bone.

Comments

  • Scarecrow maybe the return of Lady Arkham (those two working together because they is kinda similar) and Poison Ivy. I'd also like Deadshot or Deathstroke.

  • Kite man,Crazy quilt,condiment king and K9 caper

  • As far as new villains go I think Scarecrow and Poison Ivy would work best in TT's universe.

  • The Season 1 villains are still out there, so I expect a return for them also maybe the Assassins.

  • I think Season 2 was in danger of getting a little crowded, so it would be better to slim down the cast and give any new characters more room to develop. Kurt Langstrom (Man-Bat) and Pamela Isley (Poison Ivy) could be employees working in different branches of Wayne Enterprises: Kurt in Wayne Biotech, and Pamela in Wayne Foods.

Kurt's hoping to graft a bat's sonar sense into humans at the request of a private military contractor, while Pamela is attempting to cultivate faster-growing fruits and vegetables to aid impoverished third-world countries. Wayne Industries is going through an ugly period of downsizing, and Bruce is forced to make an unpleasant "Sophie's Choice" by deciding which branch keeps running, and which closes down indefinitely.

Regardless of who Bruce picks, they both ultimately undergo monstrous transformations. Their personal connections with Bruce would vary depending on the player's actions. The Joker (assuming he survives season 2) would return in his role as a deuteragonist, although the tone and direction of his interactions with Batman would be influenced by imported game saves.

Im not sure but I think Deathstroke would be a good edition for this series. I also feel like Oz/Penguin returning would be very welcomed.

However, I hope they dont go past 3 villains. Season 1 the villains seemed to be a good mark of just 3. Season 2 kinda went a bit too far with Riddler, Harley, Freeze, Bane, and John. It felt a little overcrowded for villains which made some of the characters not that well developed like Freeze and Bane not being that memorable.

  • It would be cool for Avesta be in Season 3.

  • Joker will obviously be in it. Harley is a 50/50 chance. A Harvey/Oz return is very welcome BRING THEM BACK. Doesn't even have to be as villians just a small cameo would make feel happy inside.

  • I really want Poison Ivy. I'd love to see Telltale's interpretation of her.

  • I agree, and I think it would be interesting to see their take (hopefully non-supernatural) on Ra's al Ghul.

  • Condiment King for sure. ??

  • I'd like to see Firefly, Scarecrow, Hugo Strange, and Killer Croc.

  • Eh tbh if they ditch then Lazarus pit than I'd just prefer they skip ras

  • Court of owls, onomatopoeia, White rabbit, Mad hatter and the other Alice and wonderland villians.

  • agreed It is not RA's al Ghul without the ghost story aspect of him.

  • I'm for Ra's showin up but not the lazarus pit. I mean, maybe if they managed to twist it to something scientific. But I love that they haven't added all the supernatural stuff.

  • The pit is a pretty big part of him and the league tho

  • I'm curious to see how they handle some of the more supernatural foes like Ivy and Ras.

Yeah, like @GamerLady said, I would like the Lazarus Pit to have some more scientific explanation rather than one that leaned more toward the supernatural.

  • They'd have to tone his age down most likely

Yeah, like @GamerLady said, I would like the Lazarus Pit to have some more scientific explanation rather than one that leaned more toward the supernatural.

  • I heard someone say that Project Lotus is quite similar to the Lazarus Pit in that it rejuvenates the body but also causes insanity. Maybe they could use that instead.

I agree with that theory. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Ra's was behind the funding for SANCTUS since they broke off from the Agency. All the unethical science and bioweapons they make totally fit with the vision of Ra's.

  • I think the season 1 villains may return, Oswald is at Blackgate, Harvey is at Arkham, and Lady Arkham was never found.

  • I could see Oz and Lady Arkham coming back no problem. I could see some difficulty with Harvey, but not too much.

  • Good point!

  • If we do have some type of "supernatural" enemies like with Ra's as many people want, I think I'd have to agree with @The_Scribbler_ that it should be more scientific, and also agree with [I forget who said it] that it could be tied into Bruce's daily life quite easily. Have it be a rival Pharmaceutical company run by Ra's, using people as tests for "Lasarus drug samples" that will eventually be used on Ra's himself.
Tying Batman's problems with Bruce's life is what makes this game really interesting, and having the conflict possibly be resolved through Bruce's actions would be pretty cool. (You take Ra's down in a court case or something.) --Okay, I understand that last bit doesn't sound so cool and maybe out of place for a Batman game, but I just finished Daredevil recently and I was really into all the cases with the Punisher. That had my blood pumping.
Just saying, maybe we should get another villain who can be taken down by either Bruce or Batman.

  • I would like to know how the hell did Vicky vale got her training to fight Batman seriously they never explained that maybe they could explain this by introducing Ra's al ghul and then Lady Arkham could come back (they said her body was never found).

  • I want batman to go up against a more mental foe than a straight up fighter.

  • Joker as the main villain. Other villains in the season I would like to have are Scarecrow, Poison Ivy and a returning Penguin

THIS! Always imagined Telltale making Ras a CEO of some medical company called Lazarus (he could get his hands on Lotus virus). His rivalry would be mostly with Bruce, but i also would like to have a cool fight scene with him, like he discovers that Bruce is Batman and attacks him in the Batcave and during the fight Bruce can use things from his trophy wall against Ras(like parry his sword with Riddler`s cane/staff. Or using the freezing glove to freeze the sword, etc.).
Apart from him, Scarecrow and Ivy is obviously the best bet. Being (or not) seduced by Ivy or having to expirience multiple nightmares depending on our previous choices (not trusting John and thus creating the Joker for example). Like imagine John appearing in one of these nighmares and haunting Bruce for choices.

  • Lady Arkham could return, but I would love to see Ra's Al Ghul as THE major villain for season 3. Him + talia could have amazing potential with Telltale's choice-driven approach. I'm sure they could do wonders with an already conflicted character like Talia.

  • Poison Ivy and Clayface
    Or
    Poison Ivy and Black Mask

    No more than two.
