Villain John: John's plan is ruined. Batman has stopped him. "Well if I go down you go down too Batman!" John smashes the vial containing the virus but Batman escapes and takes Down John from afar. Later we see John in Arkham in a straight jacket. The doctor says" Name :John Doe." John interrupts. "No doc my name is The Joker!" And proceeds into manic laughter.
Vigilante Joker: Waller shoots at John and hits the vial. Seeing how Bruce's life will be in danger John dashes into a secure room sealing the door. Bruce and John have a Spock Kirk moment. Before John falls unconscious. Bruce visits John in Arkham but it's not the same John he once knew and leaves sadly.

Villain Joker: Bruce playing monopoly game with Joker in Arkham cell. Bruce winning. Joker angry. The end.
Vigilante Joker: Bruce playing monopoly game with Joker on the roof. Bruce winning. Joker sad. Bruce happy. The end.
Edit: also, Alfred is present in both endings, because Alfred is awesome.

Generally speaking yes. But I'll take comedic endings after all the joker does love a good joke.
Gordon steals the spotlight and saves the day, as was foreshadowed during the scene of Riddler's hideout when he says 'no thanks. I wouldn't want to steal your thunder.' You can't tell me you don't see it coming!
I want Superman to come and save the day. Because he is the Godamn Man of Steel :P

I think Joker will inject himself with the serum, the one that heals the body but messes up with people's minds. That way he will become the Joker that we all know. And it will give him the push that has been fore-shadowed a thousand times on the previous episodes.
...Or someone else will do it to him and make this a tragedy.

I thought for sure Harley was going to do it during their scene on the bridge - I even thought for a moment I saw him flinch like he'd felt a needle and was so convinced this was it. It wouldn't surprise me at all if this happens in the last episode, one way or another.
