Deathstroke.

Deathstroke really needs to be in the next game.As well as ras, talia, lady shiva, deadshot and other assasins for season 3. Also if the league comes in, they should stick with shadows rather than assasins (league of shadows sounds cooler)

How do you feel about a nod to batman finding and recruiting dick grayson and about to join justice league in a season?

Deadshot, as well as Black Spider, are already set to appear in the comic bridging Season 1 & 2.

  • Nah. Batman was supposed to work alone, they just made the League of Justice as some sort of crossover, like that episode with Johnny Bravo and Scooby Doo, only they didn't know when to stop. How come the most powerful superheroes in the world can't defeat 1 petty villain immediately and they need an entire episode to do so?, specially since they totally forget about their own cities they have to protect and spend most of the time fighting things in the space.

I also would prefer if Dick was the son of Bruce instead some other wacko fighting crime disguised in colorful thighs that we have to recruit, but since TTG doesn't some to want to force a sex scene for that to happen, no Robin for us.

  • Who says Selina cannot be the mother of Dick Grayson? She is flexible and good with her acrobatics which means she could probably teach Dick Grayson how to be Robin or Nightwing and have him fight alongside Bruce.

  • Ok I would like if Bruce gets one male sidekick because so far he has only female sidekicks. I think that having a season with him joining the league of shadows would not work. I prefer maybe a half hour flashback in an episode with Ra's nagging at Bruce that he is too soft and not worthy of being in the league of shadows. Then we have a fight scene between Ra's and Bruce and Ra's could end up winning and telling Bruce he has to leave which would reveal why Batman isn't that good of a fighter in this game.

  • And who's going to be the father? are we going to be some cuck? If they force a new sex scene with Catwoman a lot of people around here will be crying like babies that their choices don't matter, what they could do is letting people who didn't romance Selina adopt Dick from the streets or something, and for people who did romance her he would be your son.

Still, too much work for our good ol' Telltale.

  • He wouldn't be called Dick Grayson if that happened he would be called either:
    Dick Wayne Or Dick Kyle...

  • We already have a Dick Wayne in the game.

  • A young adult Dick Greyson could be training under Ra's al Ghul on his path towards vengeance for his parent's murders when Bruce is introduced to the League of Assassins as a bit of a twist of his original paths.

I wouldn't consider my objections to Selina Kyle being Robin's mother crying over my choices not mattering even though I didn't romance her, so much as I truly do not want a child sidekick. It would also include a time-skip further than The Walking Dead did for A New Frontier just to have him at an age where he could do anything -- placing Bruce nearly in his 40's or in his 40's.

  • Dick Kyle* And I thought Bruce looked like he was pretty close to his 40's already tbh he ain't in his 20's anyway.

  • Bruce is about thirty years in Enemy Within. In the first season he says that he was nine years old when his parents were taken from him two decades ago, which makes him twenty-nine years old in Season 1. The Enemy Within takes place a year later making him thirty years old.

  • I had the correct name for that suggestion. The issue with placing Robin as Selina's child in that scenario I'd already explained. It'd require a large time-skip, which I believe we'd benefit far more by continuing the story line without. I'd absolutely hate to do a time skip in Batman and miss out on this talented team's interpretations of some of Batman's remaining greatest foes.

Selina Kyle isn't old enough to have a young adult Dick as a son ( between the ages of 18-25, preferably 20 something to give him at least a year or more with his training. ) That'd just be for the suggestion of course, and for my preference of not having a child sidekick.

As GreatWhiteWolf1 stated, Bruce is still in his early thirties which places him still well within his prime.

  • Most robins are always really young, like between 13-16, I think there was one in Cartoon Network in which he was an acrobat in a circus with his parents, they died and Bruce took him in, and even though he was really young he was badass. He doesn't need to be +18 he is not going to be kissing poison ivy anytime soon in my Telltale game.

  • Original poster included :: How do you feel about a nod to batman finding and recruiting dick grayson and about to join justice league in a season as a question. They also mentioned the inclusion of ras, talia, lady shiva, deadshot and other assasins for season 3.

Title might be misleading, but it hasn't actually gone off topic.

  • All versions of Robin have been underage at the time of their recruitment. I'm simply hopeful it might be taken another direction in this version of Batman. What I enjoy most about TellTale's Batman is that thus far quite a few characters have different backgrounds and relationships. Honestly, those that weren't altered much from their typical canon just haven't had the same appeal for me.

It's certainly not a perspective a lot of people might have, and some might even be looking forward to having a younger person to mentor.

As for the original post, I'm not all that interested in the involvement of the Justice League just yet, but assassins would be a welcome opponent if they're included next season. Deathstroke is a favorite, though depending on whether or not Waller and Harley make an appearance - Deadshot might make for a better fit.
