Depends on which Lara. If we ignore the laws of their respective universes and put the single entities against each other, we'd have no choose between OG Lara, Modern Lara or PS2 Lara. It also depends on which era of Alice she's up against. If it's anything from the end of Afterlife to The Final Chapter, Alice would likely win regardless because of her super mary sue powers. If it's the first two films I'd say OG Lara would be on an equal playing field, with PS2 Lara getting a bit of an upper hand due to sheer experience (and better controls cough), and modern Lara would be killed after stubbing her toe because Tomb Raider (2013) is le realistic. If we're talking about Afterlife Alice, it'd be an uphill battle but PS2 Lara has a chance of coming out on top with the other two losing.
But let's be real, Samus Aran and Ellen Ripley would kick both their asses and go out for a beer afterwards you normies.

Lara, because Alice doesn't exist.
Of course Lara Croft. Alice only exists because she is Paul W. Anderson's wife.
