Humanity end ?
From where i see it , the humanity is going fast towards its End , and it is all caused by the human them selfs , we start to give up important things like religion, morals , family , happines
All to serve our own desires .
Money , Greed , and hunger for power .
I wonder what is the next step in all that !
What u think about that?

I feel that I am forced to agree unfortunately. Maybe not for those reasons exactly but I do think we're getting close to the end. Whatever that may be.
All the more reason to enjoy the time we have here at any rate.
this brings me back to 2012 when everyone thought it was the end of the world lol
people are already creating robots to live with us, the end is near
I don't know, man. But I know what Giorgio Tsoukalos thinks.
lol
You hu mans have been a fascinating show, I will stay a bit longer to see where this is going before returning to my people.
Im fine body , no one realy hurt me , but maybe it is the overthinking , i dont know
what do you mean by "weak people". Considering how much they suffer in Africa and how little supplies and money they have I would say they're stronger than anyone else here.
We are not made to last
I like video games!
There are some days when I feel like this might be the case, but then I look at Alex Jones, and know that we have a watchful protector.
Heheh, I hope the end of the world is caused by a space mushroom
I really admire your optimism here!
Well, yeah, but humanity's pretty much been doing that since the start.
However, the Sun's going to run out of hydrogen in a few billion years, and it isn't looking good for humanity then at this rate.
We probably would’ve colonised other systems by that point so I wouldn’t worry about it. We have space travel now, imagine what it would look like in a billion years
Well if the end is coming, it's sure taking its sweet time.
Of course the world is going to end... someday. I doubt in our existence unless idiots start hitting nuke buttons.
The world had already ended. Humanity though? Has only just begun...
We are God's biggest mistake.
Shedding the lie of a god is the best thing humanity did....shedding morality and discipline as well...not so good. It is easy to despair when you watch idiots misusing tide pods and condoms. It is easy to despair when you watch ISIS tear apart significant historical artifacts. It is easy to despair when cops kill unarmed blacks. It is easy when you think about it to write off humanity as a raw deal.
But then I look at things like SpaceX....NASA...ART....Doctors Without Borders....Hoover Dam. Things that humanity can do, and I feel confident....confident that eventually we will get it right...confident that our best days are yet to come. Maybe I am a glass half full type of gal...I dunno. Maybe I am delusional....but I have confidence that we will be fine.
Here is an example that makes me feel good about our future...

Screw it, I'll just say it. There is a god, or gods, whichever one. They're probably not defined by any organized religion but due to personal matters I'm forced to believe there is at least one. It's understandable if you don't believe me, I don't mean to debate over it, I just felt like putting that out there. In any case it's definitely a good thing that more people are drifting away from the idea that God is in support of their cause and values.
Everything else I agree with
I dunno if there are things that are godlike or just so far more advance than us we see their every day as miracles...I do admit that I am not a fan of god...yet at the same time, ot makes me sad to think there might not be others in the universe, suredly some with those god like powers....my own catch 22.
@Kennyshouladiedins1 I don't really know much about these gods either admittedly. All I'm sure of is that whatever force is behind the universe has some form of sentience. Whatever powers it may have doesn't really matter to me. It's alright if you're not a fan of the idea of a god, I don't mind. I haven't been one in the past either so I can understand why. I just wanted to give the conclusion that I've come to.
I am intrigued. What do you mean by that?
Hey, does anyone else find it odd that this thread was created on the 1st of April by an account created on the 1st of April and hasn't been active since? I don't know.
For me it says March 31st
Oh, must be different time zones. Whoops.
Eh, I don't know. The world is already damaged beyond repair. But do you think the end of the world is going to hold back humanity from evolving? Nope.
They'll find a way to live on, as they always do. And if being bound by Earth isn't what makes us human, what is?
What's the point of lumping all of humanity into the same grim picture, when it's just not true? People really like to doomsay.
I think it's more likely going to happen from the sheer hatred people seem to have for one another. We are too divided by things like race, class, religion. The rich 1% profit of this immensely and it makes us turn a blind eye to them completely screwing us over. The wealth inequality is what will end us all, or at least society as we know it.
Sorry to say that, but wealth inequality has always existed, for thousands of years, and our society isn't dead yet - there's been a huge progress. I'm afraid it's an inevitable option.
I’d like to bring up that many people have extremely similar faces, further solidifying the theory that we live in a simulated hyper reality and the super computer is running out of faces to generate so it recycles while adding a few slight distinguishable differences. Think about that, and think about how it could spell doom one day.
It's been getting worse and worse, and will continue to do so. These rich that only care about making money, will end this earth which they already have started to do via global warming. As technology becomes more and more superior, the rich will no longer need humans and that will be the end.
Our ability to make things more complicated than it really has to be. So complicated that we lose sight of what it's original purpose was. And does it really make us happy? No. And in this blind search to find something more, and raising the bar to how we think happiness is achieved, it just makes us miserable. Feel lower than others who have done more things. Devalue the simple things we experienced as not being important at all, and setting that as an example for our children. And Investing our lives into things that could be taken away in an instant, due to what it requires to keep it running and to recreate. As a musician once said: "It's not having what you want, It's wanting what you've got". And it's something that we're losing our ability to do.
Take example from this.
We consider life to be more than what was given to us, and that is what will bring us to our end.
Oh. My. Gosh. Yes, exactly! This is what I've been thinking about the past few months. This is why there is so much unhappiness in the world. So many people are focused on what they don't have that they lose sight of the present moment. Then that present moment turns into a forgotten memory. We can't see how much we have, until it's gone.
Fork, what am I saying? I'm not describing humanity at all, I'm describing my-freaking-self. Dang. It.
*Edited out profanity.
Fuck. Thats deep.
I'm adding that to my nonexistent book of Quotes Against Humanity.
You're not describing just yourself, you're describing every-fucking-person on this fatherfucking planet, myself included.
-Edited in profanity. (Swearing helps deliver your point.)
@Acheive250
That made me laugh
And @Psychokinesis . With what Achieve said. I hate to admit it, but that's the non-sugercoated truth. I wanted to reply back earlier, but I wanted to reply with something that's a little more uplifting. But, I couldn't think of any way without sounding stupid or contradicting what I just said . And, nice explanation.
As a last ditch effort. Pretty good things have come out of inheriting this type of mindset. It's just a shame that we set ourselves up for failure with what we're building ourselves up to be and what it's doing to the foundation we stand on, the safety nets I believed in made out of corroded rubber bands. And what we value now, or from before, may feel like nothing to us later at a glance, which is just a sad and aggravating mind trick on us all.
[Me ranting about the environment. Feel free to ignore. It's just something I need to vent.]
But Jeez, even with the state things are now, we will not be able to sustain. We will eventually run out of fossil fuels that we use as our main source of transportation and electricity generation. Current rates of pollution and deforestation will still destroy many integral ecosystems within a few decades. Soon, we'll have to continue advancing just to fix problems we created from before. Not to mention the controversial solutions people are using now to fight complications caused by population growth...With all this, there's a chance that if we don't remind ourselves of the value of what we have and give it respect, something will do it for us involuntarily. The worst part being that we won't be ready for it...
Okay.
WoAh, you posted that comment just as I logged in. o_0

I'm just full of crap. I'm not really sure.
