Telltale site bug ( Can't pick a username)

Don't know where else to post this. But I HAVE to post it cause it's driving me mad. So, I created this new account with my new email, but when I try to pick a username nothing happens. The little box litterally DISAPPEARS, and I just keep reloading the page and repeating the process until I need to go into a mental hospital. Does anyone (mods?) know what's the problem??

    We don’t normally allow users to have multiple accounts as it can cause confusion.

    Forum Guidelines

    1.9 You are entitled to one (1) forum account. Please don't create confusion by using more than one forum identity, and don't create confusion by sharing your password or letting others post under your account.

    But to answer your technical question it is most likely a issue with your browser or cache as spam bots have successfully created accounts and posted their spam.

    I know about the rule, but I don't plan on having multiple active accounts, I mostly wanted to change because I dislike my username, but I would put this account to rest if I managed to make another one

    Eh. I don't have much likes anyway. But I guess I'll keep this profile since the site really doesn't want me to change.
