Does anyone actually ever win giveaways?
Or is it all just one big hoax, to make us like/follow these people on social media?
Like Pewds giveaways where you earn pints by following certain Twitter, Twitch, Facebook & Youtube accounts.
Can anyone inspect this, and tell if this is legit or hoax?

The Gleam stuff is real, considering they're done by the actual companies themselves and it's one of the most well known giveaway sites (I'm pretty sure it would be pretty obvious by now if it were a scam). They just don't make a big announcement about who wins as far as I'm aware. But it's also a way for the companies to increase the number of followers on social media to widen their audience.
The fact they don't have to announce the winner = they don't have to give a prize away. There is no legal obligation with gleam. That's why there are so many shill YouTube channels with bs giveaways "drop a like and leave a comment then visit this link to be instantly entered into the giveaway".
It would be nice if they have some sort of government certification on those to make sure they are legit and a government representation during their draw date to record who won and make sure that they really gave those prizes to the winner/s. Otherwise, people are just increasing those Channel's Ad Revenues, etc.

My mistake, I looked it up and they actually do announce winners on social media and YouTube (at the very least OriginPC and their affiliates do), but not on the Gleam itself. Apparently it's an option to announce the winner on the Gleam contest page.
Nope, I’m currently participating in a giveaway of 7 tlou 2 copies and 3 collectors edition, I want to win so bad but my chances are 0.0000001%
do they notify winners?
yes, you need to subscribe his youtube channel to win one of the 7 copies. And follow him on social media if you want the collectors edition (I had to install Snapchat and twitter so I have more chances) the contest’s gonna happen two weeks before the release of Part ll, and he’ll notify the winner through social media and YouTube. (well... that’s what he says)
Well somebody wins. But unless it's a small giveaway between a small circle of people (ex. this forum) the odds are so stacked against you even entering is too much of a hassle.
