1080p Telltale Wallpaper I Made

Anyone want it?

  • It hurts me how accurate it is to have a tiny GOT one squeezed in the middle. It's nice though! :p

  • I feel under this logic TFTB and GOTG would have much less space.

No offence (in case you're proud of it) but this looks like a 2 minute photo shop job, you just resized images and took the logo. Don't mean to be a bummer but I was expecting some fancy piece of art lol.

  • What logic do you believe I'm going by?

  • Under that logic, Back to the Future should be gone, TWD and Minecraft should take up 60% of the screen.

About your wallpaper: I get the intent, and I see what you were going for, but it needs work.
As a collage-type piece that you're aiming for, there should not be a clear divide between each panel. (They should bleed into each other.) It's clearly different cut-out squares glued together with no clear structure to it.

It would work better if you had the characters themselves cut out, and then placed on a uniform background. This is just a mess of pictures.

    P.S.: Sorry.

  • I tried

  • Nice job! I think that would look cool as an official Telltale poster; it brings together all of Telltale's game nicely.

It looks exciting and has energy to it! It's a good idea and it has potential. This would've taken way more than 2 minutes to make! (My current avatar took about a good 10 minutes to make; contrary to what one might assume...)

I agree with what @AChicken said: the individual images should blend in together.

I think that many edges and corners of the images overlap and awkwardly cut off important parts of the surrounding images. A few examples: the bottom-right corner of the image of The Joker cuts into Asher. Lukas completely covers Bruce Wayne's mask. The top of Luke's head is cut off by the Jurassic Park dinosaur. Also, S2 Clementine is way at the bottom edge of the wallpaper. Having important faces at the edge of your image can make them feel like they've been pushed to the side; like there's not enough room for them.

Another note: Your work is not a part of you. When you receive critique on your work, it is not a judement of your character. :) Separating yourself from your work can make it easier to receive critique on it; critique is important in helping you improve. This is what I've been learning as part of what I've been studying and it's surprisingly somewhat helped in my self-confidence.

Good job overall! It can only lead to great things.
