Not really into elder scrolls, but I might pick the sixth one up if I know more about it.

It’s like THE most magical series ever, both literally and metaphorically. If you like older games I suggest picking up morrowind, if not then start with Skyrim special edition or tes 6 whenever that comes out

  • Elder Scrolls got me pretty hyped even though it wont be out for a while and all we really know is its happening.

For games releasing soon, Smash Bros is 100% what I am looking forward to the most.

  • Cyberpunk 2077- never really been interested in this genre, but since I really like "The Witcher" games, I'm gonna give it a try (and the game look really nice, well,at least based on the trailer)

    And

Metro Exodus- loved the book, loved the games, I will definetly dive into the world of Метро again

  • How are the metro books?, do the games follow them at all?

Definitely most excited for Metro: Exodus and Dying Light 2. Resident Evil 2 is up there as well cause it looks great. I'm also excited for Elder Scrolls 6 and Starfield but those won't be out for quite a while.

Also cautiously optimistic for Overkill's The Walking Dead and World War Z. OTWD visually is a nice step up from their previous games but it still looks kinda janky in terms of gameplay. World War Z is the exact opposite where the gameplay is surprisingly polished looking but the visuals are outdated.

  • Well, I only read "Metro 2033"- the first book from the series and it was really good, very climatic and depressing just like the games. The first game is basicaly a game literation of a book(Metro 2033) with a few things changed. Overall the game tells the same story but from a different direction( the book is about Russian politics, history and sociology and the game is more about the immersion, melancholy and action)
"Metro: Last Light" is a completely original story(wasn't based on any book) that did a great job(imo) on continuing the events from the book and the game, It really feels like something that Dmitry Glukhovsky(author of books) would wrote.

I hope that I gave you a proper answer, because I had a rough day and I don't have the energy to think properly :P
