You guys ever wonder if Melissa Hutchison has an account here and just posts anonymously?
Like, some regular forum member is actually Melissa? Because that thought just occurred to me and it's all I can think about at the moment lol.

I heard she used to talk here way back in the day at least.
But yeah, it's the type of thing that crossed my mind.
Hmm, yes, wouldn't that be quaint...
...
I heard a lot of the voice actors used to but they got badgered by some jerks and now they don't. Of course this is only what I have heard...I only joined in 2014.
Hey everyone it's a ya boi Gavin Hammon loving husband and father of two and yes i'm actually 4k60fpsHDR over here the whole discord ama thing only happened because I am gavin lmao
But in all seriousness about the question, I don't know... maybe? Seems unlikely. However, it's true that some of Telltale's staff go on the forums occasionally but tend not to comment.
She used to come and chat. Was banned for racism, I think.
I give you half a star...and know that it was a pity half star rating for that trolling effort.
Damn it, I’ve been found out. Yes, I admit it, I am actually Melissa Hutchison, my machinations lay undetected for years, for I am a master of deception.
That gave me a good chuckle. Thank you.
What if @Hillbilly_Dave IS Melissa and made this thread to throw us off?
Gavin Hammon was fairly active on here at one point but left around the time of season episode 4-5 as the forum went a bit crazy with all the Kenny vs Jane stuff.
You got me!
That's right Melissa try to play it cool. I've seen breaking bad.
Damn I always knew you looked exactly like Melissa in your vids, now everything makes sense
It's not like this forum is just for the fans....there's always someone watching ?
Really. That just sucks tbh I feel bad for them. I mean, why would they get badgered or bullied? Clem hasn't done anything wrong. What, so Arvo's voice actor used to be on the forums or something?
As others have said, Gavin and Melissa used to post on here. However, the forums were extremely toxic back during S2, so they left.
Probably because on the whole the season 2 story sucked lol
Could you blame him? I would've done the exact same thing!
And there's always someone watching the watchers, as well!
"Who watches the Watchmen?"
Awesome opinion, man... But regardless, not liking a game's story is no excuse for rude behavior, trolling TTG staff and voice actors, spamming of Rule 34 Clem images in threads, purposely spoiling forum members of the next episode's plot, and other immature internet behavior. I swear the mods had to close have the TWD side of the forum down just to clean it up from episode 3's release to about episode 5. As bad as this place got some times during ANF's run, it was nowhere near as bad a S2's run. We as a whole have come a long way.
I totally agree. I was just saying that the forums were probably so toxic because season 2 was kinda' shit in terms of story.
I personally don't think S2's story was that bad (it was fine up until half way through episode 3). It just wanted to do two much at one time. The Carver arc could have been it's own season. The post Carver arc fell flat because it was trying to force emotions with characters we just met because we were trying to escape Carver. Plus, everyone still had the rose tinted glasses from S1 on, so S2 was almost destined to fall short (even though from what we learned about the original story, it had potential to surpass it story wise).
I've said it numerous times before but since idk who has seen my posts and who hasn't I'll say it again, Clem should not have been playable in season 2. She was too young but because the player needed to be able to make choices and direct the story, eventually all the adults were depending on Clem, an 11 year old girl, to solve nearly all of their problems. It killed a lot of the season's credibility as a plausible story plus made people hate season 3 simply because they weren't playing as Clem again.
This.
S2 Should have been all about the Cabin group....but I disagree about not having Clem as the playable character...I think it was fine until we got past Carver's camp. The issue stands like this, sending a small smart kid to get radio's probably was the best idea...the entire point of Carver's group was building a society of strong people able to meet the new challenges of the world.
S2 would have been better suited if there had been no Kenny or he had been written less aggressively...or how about this idea...turns out Kenny agreed with Carver's methods because it kept people safe. They could have built up season as a battle over self determination versus authoritarian safety. Clem could actually have been torn between the two and the out come could have had a few major different endings.
Now as for ANF...sorry nothing was going to help that after their marketing basically had Clem front and center and then they gave us Javi. I like Javi and I loved certain things about ANF...but it was half baked and really did feel like they were having internal fights over the story.
I like to think Leonardo Dicaprio has several secret accounts here, and has been replying to me ever since I joined.
Thanks man, my favourite movie is the one I did where I got a bit of a cold and won an oscar.
Well Kenny was originally going to be the villain of S2. That alone would have made the decision to have Clem be the playable character an undisputed one. I think if TTG had either added another episode to the season and/or made S2 this big 2-parter season with the first half being the Carver situation and second being the consequences of the first half, S2 would have had a lot more room to breath and be fleshed out. It's clear from episodes 1, 2, certain dialogue choices in episode 3, and the episode slides that S2 was set up to go down a different path than it actually ended up going.
As for ANF, it was obvious it was a mess behind the scenes. TTG staff have basically admitted at the PAX panel that it was a failed experiment. The previous CEO situation exposed the complications that compounded that "experiment".
Wait what now? How did you get to that conclusion? They didn't say anything like that. He or she said the staff admitted ANF didn't work out like they expected it to and you immediately jump to them basically retconning the entire season? No they can't do that. I can't speak for them, of course, but doing that would make the entire season pointless and essentially a waste of money on the part of the players. They can't do that. They might try to downplay it as much as possible but they can't just act like season 3 played out entirely differently.
