Your choices determine what he becomes... How is this going to play out?
So your choices are going to determine AJ but how is that going to play out?

Where does it say that? But to answer how, epilogues, maybe? After the season is over, the last things we'll see, other than credits, will be epilogue cards for all the surviving characters, telling what happened to them after the series ends. That's just a guess but that's how I'd do it. Epilogues based on our choices throughout the entire series. Maybe even give epilogues for characters from past seasons that we never saw again. An epilogue for Molly, for Lily, for Christa (assuming she somehow survived), for Javi and whoever survived with him, etc etc etc.
Is it said in the demo, after the line, Aj is always listening
hm, could be. I thought it might have something to do with different endings. And btw it's in the demo. It's after the line: Aj is always listening.
It doesn't drastically change his personality by any means but AJ can be changed slightly from time to time through choices. Think s1 Clem. I didn't spoiler this because it's a gameplay thing lol
I think AJ is going to be similar to John Doe from Batman Season 2. The way we choose to parent him and the example we set for him as Clementine is going to have a pretty big influence on how AJ behaves and what choices he makes throughout the season, especially the last episode. We've already gotten a brief taste of this in the demo where the player is able to determine whether or not AJ gets to curse.
I could see us possibly getting a scene in episode 4 where AJ is in a position to deal with one of the antagonists. If you chose to play Clementine as a more merciful person who is all about forgiveness and solving things diplomatically avoiding human vs human violence as much as possible, some of that will have rubbed off on AJ and he will attempt to deal with the person in a more merciful and diplomatic way. On the other hand if you chose to play Clementine as a more hardened survivor who is willing to take it upon herself to do whatever’s necessary to protect herself and the people she cares about even if that means taking another person's life, those lessons will cause AJ to choose to execute that person right on the spot.
Those things are interesting on paper. I hope it will work.
Vigilante AJ/Villain AJ, determined by the final choice in episode 3.
That would be interesting given that a lot of the writers for this season worked on the final episode for The Enemy Within.
So basically Alvin or Carver
