Everyone can see it since they are open to everyone, but idk if someone doesn't want to look at them... so yes I'll put spoiler just in case
    Sorryyy

  • Because some of us are specifically not looking at the achievements to avoid any potential spoilers.

How is this a spoiler since if you go to your achievements it's right there

  • And it's not that scary. Could be players saying goodbye to Clem. Could be Clem saying goodbye to AJ when he dies. Could even be something else entirely. Who knows what it means at this point. Achievement titles are left purposefully vague to avoid spoiling things. The achievement for having AJ talk to all the kids is called Social Butterfly. Yes, it makes sense in context, but no one could have guessed what it would have meant before actually doing it.

  • Ye I guess it can mean anything. I'm just so scared smthg will happen to Clem that anything that could point to her death becomes scary for me hahaha

And it's not that scary. Could be players saying goodbye to Clem. Could be Clem saying goodbye to AJ when he dies. Could even be something e

  • I'm 100% sure Clementine will die. 1st of all, why would Telltale end Clementine's 4 season long story as Clementine alive, yet move on with walking dead with other characters as they confirmed they would? 2nd of all, those achievements just confirm it even more. "Found Clem's hat", it means we are playing as AJ, and therefore the other 3 achievements must also refer to AJ, like goodbye to Clementine.

The Achievements don't reveal much outside of the returning character is going to be in the next episode [We know who it is], there's going to be romance, a little idea of where you're headed in Episode 2, and that Rosie can be trained each episode up at least Episode 3.

Also pretty sure Clem or AJ are dead.

Keep in mind if you've got basic intuition, you know what's up.

I think that Clem will commit suicide after seeing AJ being eaten alive.
So nasty that i think Telltale would do it

  • And like for the 4 option choice you'll have "Suicide - Suicide - Suicide - Suicide"
so evil they make you even press that choice

  • I will only choose that if for some reason Biggie's "Suicidal Thoughts" is playing in the background.

  • Wow, crazy how imaginative everyone can get over an achievement name lol. Maybe a gold fish dies or that lame bull mastiff that I hope dies because it tried eating Clem. I do wish they could not name their Achievements in a way that literally just sums up something is going to happen. But goodbye can mean Violet, Louis, AJ, Clem, or any other big character we haven't met yet dies. Even a villain. So I'm gonna try to think happy thoughts lol.

Maybe she somehow ends up at Lee's location, finishes up what she couldn't do before
equips Kenny's luck beard hoping to survive the hate

That achievement can mean anything: AJ will die, Clem will die, Louis or Violent will die (depending on Your relationship with them), or even Lily can. Don’t forget that’s one of the first achievements you can get so I’m sure that’ll happen early on in the epsiode.

  • I just hope they don't pull a "The Last of Us" here, changing the protagonist.

  • How disarming.

To be honest, I think the more ominous achievement is the one called 'Full Circle', for obvious reasons...

  • Well, I know one thing and that is I'm gonna be crazy mad and not sad if they pull a Lee scene 2.0 with Clementine and AJ.

    What do you mean?
That'd be the better option in this case. Also, I think you mean PC rather than protagonist.

  • Clem specifically says in the into “Lee taught me how to say goodbye”

I'm gonna be livid if they do that and it's not determinant. If it's one possible outcome, fine, but if it's the only possible outcome, I'm gonna be livid.

  • Alternate possibility. Remember those skulls and flowers and customizing your room? Remember finally fixing the greenhouse in episode 3? Remember building a community?

And the school burns down. Time to say goodbye.

  • I agree, that's probably what it is

  • Nice dose of logic, @Razer531. You and I seem to be in the minority that expects the worst. Hey, at least we'll kind of be prepared, right? Would love for you to chime in on my thread here:

It's possible but unlikely unless they plan to return to Richmond which I highly doubt Telltale would allow, otherwise I'd expect Episode 4 to have more achievements that hinted so.

  • I know right, it's like I really don't want Clem to die like everyone else but I'm just trying to get ready for the worst so I can handle it more easily.

  • Yeah, PC is more correct in that case. By hoping they don't pull a the Last of Us I mean that I wouldn't feel it right if we controlled AJ on the 3rd episode and then returned to Clemmie in the final one. It would be disappointing. Yeah it would be a big play on the feels, but in the end it wouldn't have been a good story, at least in my opinion.

  • I think, since its the last season, there'll be the possibility of her dying. But there'll be the possibility of her getting a happily ever after. You know? Multiple endings.

  • edited August 2018

Okay, I’m 99% sure she won’t die. Not only does Telltale know how important she is to us and their company, but they said her ending will please die hard fans of her in a fresh way.

They won’t kill her off simply because her story is ending. Look at the Harry Potter franchise: Harry Potter is the main character and he doesn’t die yet they’re still making books without him in it. It can work for Telltale’s TWD series as well.
