So we're just gonna ignore that they completely ditched "Next Time On" segments?

Considering that Telltale revealed all the release dates for each episode of The Final Season, it seems like all the episodes are almost finished but they didn't bother adding a "Next Time On" segment at the end of Episode 1. Doesn't matter if they release all the episodes monthly because Batman Season 1 did have those features.

It's not a big deal, it's not. It just feels off. I hated how they were missing in ANF, the fact that it had so many rewrites.

  • I guess they didn’t want a “Next Time” because of the ending.

  • I prefer it this way, they only really served to spoil things for the next episode anyway

  • Well then they don't need to add one at the end of penultimate episode. They did it with TWD Season 1/2, TFTBL, GoT and Batman.

  • They are always inaccurate and often get changed, they take emphasis off the current episode and are generally a waste of time, im glad theyve got rid of them

  • You are totally right about that. But I feel like they only did this for this first episode is because they didn’t want to spoil anyone’s reaction. How is Louis going respond? Violet? The rest of the Ericson’s kids?

Lol wut. Didn't they just say a couple weeks ago that they were halfway through Episode 2? Where did you get the idea that they're already almost done?

I don't think the next segments are a big loss. Sure they were cool to watch and speculate about but stuff gets changed and they spoil surprises sometimes (the Kenny reveal in Season 2).
