What if Negan met these people.
Imagine if Negan became Allies with The New Frontier or if kep going across the country and met other people like the Governor or Norma’s crew or Carvers crew how would it play out?
Would they be best of allies or bitter enemies ,but I’ll yell you one thing he’s sure Ancient going to be friends with wolves or The people of terminus or eve the Savelot bandents what do you guys think?

I think Negan would like Clementine she'd be like Carl to him he'd probably try to hook her up with Carl. He'd find Marlon kinda pathetic but wouldn't kill him he understands doing tough things to keep people alive. He'd find AJ to be fascinating even crazier than old one eye and Carl got his eyehole licked so that's saying something. Omar he'd appreciate someone who took their craft seriously "just because the world's over doesn't mean we can't live a little!" Willy he'd be weirded out by because everyone is. Mitch gets the bat because someone had to. Luis has his kind of zest for life. Brody "damn girl are you high strung or what? If I was a couple decades younger I'd pop your cork if you wanted but someone round here oughta" , Ruby " You guys are having food problems... Actually you know what last time I said this people cried so moving on" and Violet: "Listen I know you're torn now bthat we brought your girlfriend back between her and baseball cap badass over there. Well I think the idea of Negan is that he expects there to be tribute from every civilization he comes across, so he would do to them (Carver’s group and TNF) the same thing he did to Alexandria. He’d probably make someone an example from their group.
Unless you’re referring to the Negan that exists rn in the comics, who
was exiled from Alexandria, because THAT Negan probably would have nothing to do with those places— Negan is just a loner for the reat of his life in the comics ?
Negan meeting the boarding school kids would’ve been gold. He’d be calling them all “badasses” and cracking jokes with them while the others look at him like he’s insane. He would’ve loved (not romantically) Clementine and AJ, find Marlon pathetic, and admire Louis’s personality.
As for him and New Frontier, he’d probably just try to steal their stuff and take over Richmond. And judging by TNF’s army, he’d accomplish it.

Nah. Season 4 is taking place about 4 years after season 3, and season 3 was already a year after Negan had been defeated and while he was still in Rick's prison. Negan is a reformed man now, well, last we saw him. It's been a few issues since he wandered out into the world on his own. Season 4 is taking place about 2 and a half or 3 years past where the comics are now so it's possible Negan could show up in the game and if he did he'd likely be a... well not maybe a "good" guy but not a "bad" guy either and definitely not the oppressive thug he used to be. He'd probably be helpful, but crude and offensive, maybe dangerous if you piss him off. That said, TellTale have stated that there'd be no comic characters in this season, though they could be lying to preserve a surprise. Wouldn't be the first time a developer has done that.
Idk if the thought of the twins being sex slaves crosses his mind than Marlon is screwed.
Marlon didn't rape though he was a kid that was outnumbered like every group that faces the saviors and did what he was told to. Not saying he wouldn't get a date with Lucille but I think Negan would understand. After all he kept Gregory alive.
