Clementine and AJ traumatic experience

Ok now that you've done that let's jump right into this new speculation by yours truly
That was an intersting teaser, but you know me, I never take anything at face value, Im going to summon the infamus bullet points to show you what Ive seen in this trailer:
- Clem wakes up from a nightmare and she is distressed in a way that we never seen before, she actually seems vulnerable. That's very strange since she's seen some shit and it never caused her such a reaction. So, what could've caused this? My personal take is something very fucked up, like a sexual abuse or worse, and Im not saying this because Im a pervert, Clem never developed PTSD from all the shit shes done, but this thing at McCarroll Ranch fucked her up. It has to be something horrifing new to her. What do you think?
- Next, we got Carver Junior, wait, Alvin Junior, slav squatting on a drawer, with a knife, watching out of a window and shit. Ive seen many saying that this represent that only Clem in traumatized by the Ranch events...wrong. AJ is traumatized as well, but he tries not to show it and plays the though man, but we've seen in the first episode that he shows sings of PTSD too, with the "thing" he has for people coming up behind him, the fact that he wanted to sleep under the bed (wtf) and also the strange fetish he has for protecting Clem, which is understandable since he sees her as his mother. This shows that hes traumatized by the same event at the Ranch. He dosen't want to sleep, he says that he want to stay awake ten days, so we can draw the line and say that whatever happened it was when they were both asleep, since they have both nightmares. What can I also conclude is that something happened to Clem and AJ couldn't protect her, and he feels guilty, thats why he tries to protect Clem at all costs, its almost has hes seen Clem in a weak moment and that change his attitude towards her.
- So, what the fuck happened at McCarroll Ranch? To get to the bottom of that, we have to go back to the beginning. Paul Lingard is the one that tells Clem about the ranch, and its heavily implied that David brought AJ there. Now, Lingard...as much as I loved him in ANF he wasnt the most stable of people, he was suicidal and an addict, but he was also a doctor, David was a fucking bipolar psyco, but also a good soldier. Its also implied that David visited AJ, since hes the one that broke the news of AJ getting better from his illnes in ANF. So what can we extract from all of this information? McCarroll Ranch is a place of the new frontier which probably treat illness and probably teach childens to grow up in this world, the new frontier hired only capable people but they were all fucked up in some way. Clem went to the ranch with the intention of getting AJ back, but shes seen that the ranch wasnt bad for them so she decided to stay. Knowing the nature of the people of the new frontier, that was a bad idea, but for some time it worked, maybe even years. But then one night someone tried to do something to Clem and AJ couldnt stop it so he went psyco and turned the ranch into crawford 2.0, and then they escaped. What do you think?
In conclusion we know that both of them are freaked out about the ranch, like when clem made the comment "this isnt the ranch" she was fucking scared and it takes a lot to scare clem. But also maybe shes traumatized for all the shit and only now its starting to creeping up on her. Or she was molested, which im not a fan of going there but i dont see other thing that could scar her like that. Now I pass it to you, what do you make of all of this? Who could've hurt our little angel Clem?

well i thought the ranch got fucked by like bandits or somethin but the same thing happened to wellington,she didnt seem to care that much,actually she didnt give a shit after so idk,but maybe it was like bandits but like idk like russian like kgb style torture and shit?
but the thing is that clem already had experience with bandit attacks but she didnt get traumatic response from it. The trailer shows her waking up, heavy breathing and that she need some minutes to recuperate. Something really fucked up happend to have this kind of reaction.

and also the title of the teaser is "youre still little" impling what happend is something AJ still cannot understand

When Brody said that Clem didn't know what people are capable of and Clem answered Think Again! make me think that she doesn't refer to her past as a whole but of what happen to the ranch.
and also something about the scene when brody was dying, she said "Marlon is going to give you away (in singular)" and then clem answer with "Us?" but brody couldnt answer. i bet my ass brody meant only clem
Yeah, and still cared more for AJ as she said, ''If there is a treat to AJ you have to tell me''
Also it just dawned on me, Violet was suppesed to go with the twins and Marlon the day they disappered but Brody covered for her...you know what I think? That fucker Marlon was going to give all three of them away, but for some reason he didn't give away Brody...maybe because he and Brody had a thing? Or maybe because the raider thought she was ugly? I dunno man, but this just invigorates my hate for Marlon
i am certain that she gone through an unspeakable shit in the ranch i said it before her reaction was not normal at all it was scary and sad even her hard-ass character she were in ANF is no longer there i don't want to think she got raped and I don't want that to be what happen. maybe she got beat up like Ellie from the last of us got the hell beat out of her and almost got raped and she become a mute for a long time and each person had his own signs of trauma maybe Clem nightmares and heavy breath is her sign of a heavy trauma.
She barely broke that bedwetting habit, you see.

Clem was able to sleep just fine after everything that happened in the first three seasons. Whatever happened at the ranch had to be REALLY fucked up. I imagine whatever happened there might be connected to Richmond and why Clem and AJ aren’t hanging out with Javi. It’s very possible that Clem and/or AJ were raped. I know it’s morbid, but what else would cause her to have this kind of reaction? She’s seen a bunch of places getting attacked by bandits or overrun with Walkers. And given the fact that she left Richmond on good terms with everyone, there’s no reason she wouldn’t come back with AJ...unless something terrible happened.

Yeah my Clem has shot countless people, both living and undead, by the time she is 13 and the only one that that has actual weight on her conscious on is Lee.
She's also seen endless death all around.
And in essence, Clem's been a hardened survivor for almost a decade now.
Something has to be considerably fucked up that's she's waking up from _recurring _ nightmares about something that likely happened a long time ago and should just be a passing memory considering they've been on the road for four years.

Do not forget the little detail. That classification of the episode that was circling a few weeks ago showed "Moderate Impact" to sexual themes. Something really murky I think it can be shown in this episode.

Holy moly those were some real good points. And when you look at particular characteristics of Clem and AJ you noted, they make sense as whole, supporting each other within your theory.
