3 questions that I need your guy's help with

  1. Violet said Ms. Martin was killed in the greenhouse years ago and Marlon didn't let anyone go back. So how was Violet was working in the greenhouse when the Twins were taken?
  2. You used Aj's knife to kill a few walkers and then you use that same knife to pick the buckshot outta his stomach. How was he not infected?
  3. Why do the Walker bodies in the greenhouse disappear?
( I know I should be bitching and just be happy the game will get finished. It's just that this stuff was on my mind.)

  • I’m guessing Violet was 15 when Sophie and Minerva were taken and we haven’t really seen anybody get infected by a bloodied zombie weapon yet, it’s just an assumption we make cos gross stuff mixed with ur insides don’t go.

  • But Marlon didn't let anyone go in the greenhouse when Ms. Martin was killed. And that was years ago. Violet couldn't have been in the greenhouse a year ago.

It's technically been proven that one would get sick/eventually die from walker infused weapons. The Saviors used that tactic in the comics to really wreck Rick's army during all out war. Considering the comics and game share the same universe its right to assume that it'd be a death sentence to get into contact with an infected weapon.

That whole bit made me cringe a bit honestly, poor kid lol. Not even a wipe on the pants to get the blood off.

Edit: Concerning the whole greenhouse scenario, I honestly got a lot of questions around that whole building. Ms.Martin somehow stumbling in there and barricading both the science room door and the front door against the walkers but walkers still got in somehow. The entire area outside of the greenhouse is walled off unless there's some hole we didn't see. Could imply that perhaps there was some siege at Eriksons from walkers at some point, or could very well be poor world building lol.

  • How do Rick and co. Not get infected by bashing in zombie heads? Best example was in S5 when Rick stuck his gun in a walker's mouth and fired. Blood and all sorts of shit got on his face. And his face was cut open by glass when he fought pete. He should be dead as fuck

  • Tv show is set in a different universe would be the bs answer. In reality, just a classic case of not sticking by the world's rules because the writer of said episode thought that gunshot would look cool and didn't give it much more thought.

  • If I remember correctly there was a fire next to Clem, so having her hold the knife in the fire for a bit before operating on AJ shouldn't have been too much of a problem.

  • Fuck, you'd just makin worse on the poor boy.

  • 1) Maybe Violet was working outside the Greenhouse.
    2) I think Clementine used the tip of her knife to remove the shells, probably she cleaned that knife offscreen aswell.
    3) There were some walkers in the room where Ms Martin died, I think they barricaded that room and closed the Greenhouse with Ms Martin and walkers inside.

"Welp, this sand ain't gonna grow itself."

    That is indeed the implication.
I have concept art saved up that makes what was supposed to have happened to
    her clearer.

  • 1) I assumed that they were not considering the lab and the greenhouse as the same place.

So, basically, the lab where we find Ms. Martin was abandoned and blocked years ago, but they kept using the greenhouse itself. And with the second breach, when walkers got inside the greenhouse as well, they decided that that area of the compound was just not safe enough and abandoned it completely.

    2) Yes, I agree it should. But, on the same time, when (in the TV series and in comic books) people are bitten and the chop a limb of to save their lives (and it works), they usually go with an axe or another weapon that is already in use, so…

It seems that walker blood is not usually contagious.

    1. Well you see metal in this universe never gets dirty. You can shove a knife up as many walker skulls you want and never have to clean it! (Damn... someone needs to tell me where these people got all of this self-cleaning steel. I would love to get myself a set of self-cleaning utensils for my kitchen!)
    2. Videogame logic.
    1. Because.....

    2. The knife is made out of imported cicilian space grade anti microbial zirconium cobalt from mars. Bacteria dies when met with it's cold non viral unharboring surface. Clem's knife is the best knife known to man and it's made out of anti microbial precious metals.

    3. The entire game is actually taking place on a movie set, when you changed scene the film director ordered the clean up crew to remove the props and the CGI were removed post edit by the film editor accidentally. All of this is a movie in video game form.
