At first I didn't even notice that in the teaser AJ isn't even holding a gun, and looks badly beaten up. Who do you think did it and how will Clem revenge AJ?

I think the better question is what happened to the other guy?
I'm thinking this will be determinant:
If you told AJ that he was justified in killing Marlon he will try to fight someone (Delta member or even Lilly) when going against the Delta.
If you told him that he was a murderer it doesn't happen and he doesn't have the blood on his face.
Either way they get captured by Lilly by the looks of it.

He doesn't really look beat up besides the blood. Which is most likely not his.

Oh snap, you're right! I was looking at his actual chin in relation to his face, but that is legitimately under his jaw.
Whoever slashed AJ's face just signed their death warrant and should stay far far away from Clem.
AJ looks like he’s standing in front of a brick wall, possibly still at Ericsons. Lilly looked like she was in front of a wooded doorway, or something metal reminiscent of a shipping container. From what we know, AJ only does the -bang!- thing when prompted by Clementine.
Remember the knife that AJ had in his hand, when Clem woke up from her nightmare? He wants to kill Abel. The man is immortal, so good chance being that he fights back and hits AJ with it.
