Don't guess there's any chance of Airmail shipping for international customers in the near future? $32.55 postage for free bonus DVDs is a bit steep. Thanks.

    Is this for only the DVD or is this for 3 or more items?

    It was for three DVDs.

    try only ordering 2 items. The third item doubles the shipping costs to Europe from 17$ to 33 (at least when shipping to Germany). That's still a lot for shipping though.
