Is the ability to update email associated with accounts disabled

I hadn’t used my account since before the shutdown. In 2023 I remembered I had it and logged in. However for some reason i was not able to update my email on the account so I gave up. For some reason the verification email never sent no matter how long I waited. I also contacted support and either missed the email or was never sent a response when I first inquired about this problem. I eventually just game up until I decided to try again today still doesn’t work. Does anyone else have this problem or is it only me?

    I’ve seen a few people mention this same issue before, so it’s not just you. The email update function seems to have been disabled or broken after the site relaunch. You might need to contact fnf support again now that the system’s been restored — they may be able to manually verify and update your address.
