Missing gifted game

Hey, I bought the $19.95 (or however much it was) copy of Tales of Monkey Island as a gift recently which was supposed to come with Sam & Max the Penal Zone, my friend has redeemed his Tales of Monkey Island however he has not received the Penal Zone. It's not in my games list either.
Please help.
