why is there a support team

There is no point in msleading people into thinking there is a support team when after 15emails not on person has contacted me. Still waiting for game to arrive i think ive been conned.

    I think the fact that thousands upon thousands of people have gotten products from TTG and received replies to support e-mails pokes a few holes in your argument.

    As has been posted a few times around here, TTG has recently been rather swamped with support tickets, and I believe there's only one person to reply to them. I think you would be better off posting your issue # here if you haven't received a response after a few days.
