No case file?

While I'm thrilled that Telltale put the collector's DVD up for sale long before I've forgotten I needed to order it, I'm saddened by the lack of a case file. After the awesome Monkey Island collector's chest, I was hoping we'd get an awesome set for S&M, or at least get a little manilla envelope with some feelies again.

    There's a good chance it'll still come. They also haven't announced a Soundtrack yet, and I can't imagine them not doing that.

    I was also wondering this. Can someone from Telltale enlighten us? If it does come out anytime soon, I'll wait a bit with the ordering
