Strong Bad doesn't show up in "My Games" apparently

Another problem. I'm thinking about ordering the Strong Bad DVD. However, the order page is asking for my order number. I enter it, and it says "Sorry, this order doesn't qualify!". Ideas?

I would Email support@telltalegames.com and see if they can manually add it to your cart, that's what they've done for other people.
