Taking advantage of the Poker Night preorder deal, package delays?

I know this is probably a question for Telltale support, but...

When I get around to preordering Poker Night, and I pile a bunch of other stuff in there (Like the Bone CDs and The Book of Grickle), will shipping of those physical items be delayed until Poker Night is released, due to it's back-order status? Or will the order ship anyway because none of the physical items to be shipped are on back-order?

    Physical orders are unaffected by digital items, just as digital items aren't affected by physical ones.

    Don't see why a single game would delay all the rest, if they didn't have the deal then it would all be delivered the same, so I figured nothing would be different here either.
