Didn't recieve game and case fie

A couple of days ago while awaiting my dvd I got sent an email that where problems with the shipment for some obscure reason. I have played all the episodes but I do so wish for a hard copy of the game so if any Telltale staff could be so kind to help me through the problem I'd be ever so grateful.

    Your order was returned to sender, possibly due to an incorrect address. I am going to PM you with the shipping address on record. Can you write back and let me know if it's correct or not?
