Ok, so my order was paid for on the 15th of last month... I know Australia is a little island in the middle of the water but does it really take 22 days to still see nothing?

When oh when will I see my order?

I waited for the dvd's to get made... then i waited for the case file to be made... do i now need to wait for international shipping treaties to be made too?

    International shipping has been pretty slow for a lot of our customers. 10-14 days is what the post office tells us it should take, but we've had reports of 4-5 weeks. I bet yours is still hitchhiking its way to you.

    If you haven't received it by mid September, let us know and we can send out a replacement.

    while i'm waiting can i PM you the activation numbers so I can activate (again) the ones i've downloaded before - i cant wait ;)

    the effigy mound took over 5 weeks to get here so you may be waiting a little longer..
