Telltale Holiday Pack-- Not activating?

That seems to be the case! A friend got it for me as a gift... It's showing up in the "Stuff I've Bought" section, complete with order number, purchase date, etc. but I can't seem to get the games contained within its digital goodness.

Am I having some legit trouble or is there a big, shiny button I somehow missed?

    Same problem here. I gifted the Holiday Pack to a friend and it only shows in the "Stuff I've Bought" section. I already sent an email to support with issue-41121 number.

    I've been having the same problem. Sent an e-mail a couple of days ago, but haven't gotten an answer.

    My problem about this is almost solved thanks to Amy. But for some reason there's still one game that doesn't show up on my friends game list for some reason, the Sam & Max Season 3: The Devil's Playhouse. All the other games show up but not that one.
