No Response to email

I know you guys have been busy with the Sam and Max season 2 launch so you may not have even gotten to my email, but I have not even received the automated response I got last time I had an issue. I sent you a message on Thursday concerning my Bone discs being dislodged and severely scratched. I really would like to get this resolved and I see that people posting on here seems to speed up the process. BTW, I don't use a spam filter, so I see everything. :o

    Also, out of curiosity, do we only get one download and activation when buying the Bone CD versions? I ask because when I checked out the new "past purchases" page, if I click on Out From Boneville CD or Great Cow Race CD, it just sends me to the product purchase page. It's not really a big deal when I get my unscratched discs :), but I'm just curious if it was intentional or a gilitch.

    Alright, thanks for addressing my second, less important afterthought question, but what about the real reason for the post? I still haven’t heard anything back about my damaged discs. I'm becoming frustrated. . .

    The only email I see from you in our support system was a question about the case file back in July. The fact that you didn't get an auto-response together with the fact that I can't find the email leads me to believe we never received it. ;) (Also, even with the launch we are responding to emails within 24 hours at most, and I don't recall seeing one about scratched Bone CDs.)
