Collectors Edition refund?

I know the collectors edition will ship the 15th, but Ive fallen on hard times and was wondering if TTG would issue a refund? I dont even have the game installed anymore after beating it.

    I can refund the extra cost of the Deluxe Edition itself, including shipping, if you send me a PM with your order number. I'm not going to be able to refund the full price, so the $29.99 for the digital edition will still apply.
