Surfin' the Highway and Season 2

Hello!

I'm sorry if this has been asked many times before (and it has, from what I've seen so far) but my forum searches have not yielded a conclusive and up-to-date answer to this question: does Surfin' the Highway still come with the free episode gift code and if so, is the merchandise bundle also eligible for a gift code? If I can, I would also like to ask what the cost of shipping to the Middle-East should be.

    Sorry. The free gift code was only until Feb 29. As for the shipping, sadly, that isn't something I can look up.

    You can find the shipping by going through checkout. It'll show you the complete order summary with shipping and taxes, before you click the button to complete your order and actually pay any money.
