Sam and Max 101 - Manual Unlock

I have sent an e-mail for a manual unlock code for Sam and Max 101 - Culture Shock and was provided this issue number 'issue-62792'. Could you please see what the status is as Sam and Max 102 - Situation Comedy worked just fine with the login feature but 101 gives me a connection error and I never received my unlock code. Thanks.

    Matt,

    All I get is a connection error no matter if I use login or serial number. However, I have been able to activate 102 and 103. Please let me know what else I can do.
