My account doesn't show any download links or activation codes.
Please advise what to do?
I'm trying the e-mail support first I didn't notice the first time looking at the page.

    Sorry about that! Please check your account now, it should be fixed.

    Also, FYI, the bonus disc is temporarily backordered. I sent some more to the warehouse this afternoon and they should start shipping again at the end of this week.
