It's the girl you see on the right site of the screen (The girl infront Lee probably).
looks totally different to me, but might be it's just the hair and color.
It's most likely Clem. But i could be wrong.
It looks to me like a concept image of Clementine.

Right-click on it and select 'View Background Image'. Probably the best you'll get unless they post the individual images online.

Probably. Her and Lee's concept art don't really show their real characters. They both look a bit too... overconfident.
