Cant open setup file

I have try to download the setup three times and it wont open, it turns the file into an internet file that doesn't do anything... that do I do

    What game are you talking about?
    Which Operating system are you running?
    Which Browser do you use?
    How exactly do you try to initiate the download?

    I have win8 and Its is the walking dead game I start the download form this site , and im using the regular internet explorer

    I was able to reproduce a download problem with Internet Explorer 10.
    Is the file it downloads named WalkingDead100_v3_Setup?
    If so, please add the .exe extension to it to name it WalkingDead100_v3_Setup.exe
    It seems to be a bug with Internet Explorer.
