Purchase via Telltale, get a Steam key ?
So, you did it with season 1 and with The Wolf Among Us.
Can we expect to have a Steam key for Season 2 if we pre-order via telltale's website ? (I always try to purchase my games via editor's website, but I like to have my steam games too...)

The default answer is 'no'. Officially you will not get a Steam key if you purchase from the Telltale site.
The reason Telltale gave out Steam keys for previous games was as an apology to people who had bought them but couldn't play them after they made mistakes with the launches. Hopefully this won't happen a third time (especially with the amount of justified complaints we had to field!).
