tv show "The Walking Dead" has different meaning?
Lately i've been seeing alot of people saying the tv show is a bad show, and I beg to differ. I think people think it's about just zombies, when that's not the case. Maybe "The Walking Dead" was ment to represent the people who are still alive and not the zombies, as in the few people who are left have lost their humanity, or will to live, thus they are walking dead. what do you think?

The walking dead doesn't refer to the zombies, it refers to the survivors because they're all infected. No matter how they die they will come back as a zombie unless someone destroys their brain. This goes for all media that is walking dead related.
that's basically what i'm saying, just different words. I just don't get why people don't like the show, but like the game. The comics are better of course but the show is still good, and it makes no sense to me why people don't like the show because "it doesn't have enough zombies" when it's about people. not walkers.
I think Rick Grimes agrees with you.
Issue 24.
TV Series spoiler: 401, 30 Days Without Incident and an early comic issue:
The idea that the survivors' days are all numbered and they could die at any time also fits in with the idea that the survivors are the walking dead. In addition, the fact that they have to continuously give up things that made them human, be it societal function or humanist characteristics, also supports the notion that they are the walking dead.
In order for them to survive, they must continue to have things to live for, like Rick has Carl. If you notice, many characters story arcs end once they have nothing left for which to live. One example from the TV series jumps out as a perfect example: the girl in the woods in 401, 30 days without incident, in reply to Rick's threat, "If you try anything, you're the one that's gonna lose," she explicitly states that she has nothing left to lose and dies within the same episode.
Shane in the comics (perhaps this also applies to the television series) has nothing left once Rick returns to Lori, and dies shortly thereafter.
The St. Johns' Kenny's and Lily's stories in the game also end (possibly, we'll have to wait and see) shortly after they lose everything. So does Campman's story once you get Clem back
i was just about to post that myself, you beat me to it.

Thank you so much for that gem. Fist of the Walking Dead.
