Why does Clementine forget about Lee's secret?
During the conversation where Lee is trimming Clem's hair on the train, Clem mentions something about Lee not revealing his past as a killer to her before. (This discussion only happens if you neglected to tell her back at the motor inn, or saved Doug instead of Carley.)
But in this particular playthrough, I had actually told Clem about my past during episode 1, when I was still in the office at the drug store. Did Telltale forget to take this into account while programming the game? Or is there something I'm missing?

He does not actually tell her he killed anyone, just that he got into a fight with someone and was on his way to jail.
Then why does Lee say "Clementine knows" to Carley while they're first walking over to the St. John's dairy?
I forget but were they talking specifically about the crime or just about going to jail?
They were talking specifically about the crime.
I can explain it. Lee's secret is like an ice cream for Clementine. She is a kid and kids love ice cream. So when Lee is sharing his secret (ice cream) with people around, Clementine wants too. Later, on the train, she will thank you or complain you didn't give (tell) her ice cream (secret).
