Episode 2 Problems

I beat Episode 2, then I went to 3. It apparently says that I took the stuff from the car at the end of the last episode, which I did not. After beating 4, I took a break, and the last save point was at the final part of Episode 2! I went back to 2 for curiosity, and all it shows is a black screen with an axe in my inventory. I don't want to redo the other chapters, please help!

    I never had any problems with TWD, but i hope someone can help you to fix your problem ASAP. :)
