Because Xbox ones and PS4 are like what, two week old? They can't port it over to that platform that fast and even if they did it would cost a pretty penny. They will probably port it over mid season hopefully earlier for you guys but something is telling me it might be the end of the season
Considering Fables fans are just now getting their content, and we've already had one season of awesomeness(and a DLC), I think we can wait just a liiiiiittle longer people! We have season two coming out soon, so why be taking it out on the other fan-base? I think it makes us TWD fans look worse in comparison by doing that. Some people enjoy both, so either way they get a good game. It shouldn't matter which one comes first, as long as they both happen. I hope to play TWAU when the season is concluded so I can get the full experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to do that with The Walking Dead game!
I'm excited for the whole premise of Season 2! Little knowledge of where we are going, or who we meet, or what is going on in Clemmy's head, so everything will be a surprise in some shape or form(Well, save for Omid). Telltale could throw us a curve ball and have Clem die or leave and we switch characters by the end of the episode, just to put our speculations into the trash. Clementine could survive through the season intact, or missing a piece or two along the way, or go missing, or just die, and it's all to be seen. I want to know, yet don't at the same time... Sigh, hopefully the plot and all will be just as breathtaking as it's predecessor.
All I read was the first couple sentences, TTG is setting it up to release both series in order from what I understand. That being said it makes sense to release TWDS2 before TWAU EP2.
Then it will go TWAU E2/TWD E2/TWAU E3/TWD E3 etc...

Nothing wrong with that, I'm actually waiting for TWAU to fully release the rest to start playing.
Seems interesting to me, just wanna play TWDS2 through first.
Here's to hoping we get some news, -ANY NEWS-, soon about the release date of Season 2. It's becoming a bit tiresome at this point to have no exact date to look forward to.
Wow, thanks for something I didn't already hear. I didn't say it wouldn't, but what I am saying is, "Does it really matter?" It's coming out, and we know this month. Whether you get it a week before, or a week after TWAU episode 2, we ARE getting it. To think such a game means that much one would want to cut in front of another in terms of games. Don't worry about it, I understand excitement. I'm checking almost everyday for the release, but it will come out lol. Let the other gamers have some enjoyment too, since Fables is an excellent franchise.
Ah I see it now, didn't notice his name.
Keep that mouth shut seemed like an angry/odd response as opposed to a play on names lol.
Regardless we should all unite as fans of TTG as a whole, whether this topic or that belongs here or there.
It's not just changing the control scheme and graphics, to be honest it's a pretty hard thing to do even for a simple game. Porting takes a lot of time, effort and money to configure it with the newest systems like the Xbox one and PS4. Just give it some time, I'm sure you'll get your wish with the money they make after the season is over. Like Fredde pointed out, all that save transfers are complicated stuff and to be honest I wouldn't know where do being and I'm sure they need time to get their bearings with the new systems too.

We're getting The Walking Dead Ep 1 first
Why is everyone talking about the fucking Wolf among us in this thread ? I thought this thread was about THE WALKING DEAD SEASON 2
A. they new the system would be out in november. B. It cant be that hard its not they have to upgrade graphics or change the control scheme
...And what about save transfers from PS3/360 to PS4/One?
Stuff like this take time, and I'm sure it'll be out, "eventually"...
I want to play The Walking Dead season 2 more.
The Walking dead season 2 better come out before Christmas this year!
(?) They won't forget that
Keep that hair short...
Just to let you know The Walking Dead Season Two is coming out before The wolf ep 2
Keep that mouth shut. You don't have to be rude here, thank you.
Ya I think at least 99% of us agree to that.
Here's a thought; maybe it's because a lot of us are fan of both games.
Who's being rude, "Keep that mouth shut" lawl.
Can I play The Walking Dead Season Two now?
Nothing wrong with that, I'm actually waiting for TWAU to fully release the rest to start playing.
