I have a speculation about this wound.I think that the man who sit infront of Clem at one of the screenshots may have chased here and wounded her... But seriously i really hope that this screenshot wont mean that she will die at any part of the season hopefully.And i also hope that Omid wasn't the one who wounded her aswell this will be a big shock.
I agree completely, although I love Clem it would just feel to unrealistic to go through it without getting a few knocks here and there. I don't think telltale would mind doing that considering they killed Duck in season 1 . They can pull at your heartstrings so yeah, hopefully nothing to severe but then again, it's telltale....

Maybe pulled a muscle, swinging a hammer with enough force to kill a zombie could strain a child. We had the luxury of Lee having much more physical strength, now it looks like we might have to deal without brute force.

...This is just a cover people. Remember how much Telltale cut out from the final release of Season One shown on screenshots? Whatever happend to her in the cover won't happen in the game. But expect injuries.
Since aSurvivor's post isn't directly below yours in a reply fashion I would bet they weren't replying to you. They were simply answering that they think what happened was a gun shot. At least I would hope that's the case.

I think what has happened is that this is just a promotional piece to set the tone without anything like that happening in the game.
