Why are the forums always attacked by spammers every single day?
You know, I feel that at the start of every single day I go to the Telltale Forums, and they always get flooded by spam links in two posts. I keep reporting them, but they always show up every single day! Lather, rinse, repeat. It's getting very annoying, wouldn't you agree?

I haven't even seen anything like this happen on the old forums, and that one was supposedly inferior.
It happens every time Telltale gets attention and they get a big boost in traffic. Two major game announcements probably make it worse.
What are spambots? This is what a spambot is.
They were around in the old forum, but there was a useful auto-flag system that tended to hide a fair few of them from public eye until we could get to them - and we had more mods at the time, so we were able to catch them much quicker.
There's always been a few that slipped through the system, but yeah, there's definitely been noticeably more as of late. it's not been great.
