No. There is very little information about what happened over the course of 300 years. The possibility someone called Snow the b word is very likely considering her job. She has been Crane's assistant since Fabletown existed (late 17th century).

I really feel like you're missing the opportunity to read the Fables stories for yourself by asking these questions. If you enjoy the plot, really consider reading the Fables books because they are VERY good and asking questions like this is robbing yourself of some serious enjoyment.

This statement is not true. Remember that Bigby ate Little Red Riding Hood. I bet we'll know more about his past in episode 4. yeah, I notice is and immediately thought is was because he was a wolf. I've read all the comics and I'm not sure if there was ever a scene where someone said the "B" word...I dunno. I doubt it has any significance other than to show emotional response within him, and a connection to his origins and what not.

I think this a pretty big part of it, since he has a particularly strong relationship with his mother due to his father leaving. Between being protective of women in general, his relationship with his mother, and the fact that his mother was, in fact, a canine, it all probably combines into not taking the B-word too well.
When it comes down to it bitch is just name for a female canine I think has more to do with with the fact that Bigby regrets not being able to save his mother and protect her body I believe that he is trying to make up for his mothers death with other women, I am not saying its not the word but it's more about the person it's being directed at.
