Problem with Billing Address (Cannot Order Anything)
Hi, I typed in my mailing address and this message "your billing address cannot be verified" keeps popping up. I've checked my address a dozen times and there shouldn't be anything wrong with it. But I just can't get through the place order page. My billing address is a Canadian one so I wonder if that's the problem. Please help.

This may have been a one time occurrence. Please make sure you are filling in all of the correct fields specified in the Billing Address fields. If you are still receiving the error message after another attempt, please contact our support staff at support@telltalegames.com.
Thanks for the reply! I've tried multiple times over the last few days and I've filled in every blank each time. It still gives me the same "your billing address cannot be verified" message.
Please make sure you are filling in all of the fields, even if they do not apply to you in your country. Be careful of using any special characters such as $ or # in the fields. Also please make sure your address is a globally recognized address.
I am having this same issue. i have checked my information very carefully and it still won't work. And yes, my address is globally recognized.
The weird thing is, after I click "place order", all fields that I have filled in turn green, but the "your billing address cannot be verified" message still pops up. I'm sure my address is globally recognized.
