A walker of course, considering that she kills a walker in Episode 4 of Season 1 before she ever has a chance to take out a human (she's also killed a human in my game, because I screwed up choking Campman).
Walker in the jewelry store
They are the only things my Clem has killed. I made her leave Lee so in season 2 my plan is to preserve the last of her innocence for as long as I can. Sadly a part of me says that can't last forever ...
I had Clementine kill Lee for the exact opposite reason. I hate nothing more than in a zombie based story when a survivor is bitten and their loved ones refuse to kill them off. I understand that she's a nine year old girl and having her be okay with executing everyone with a bite wound isn't the most ideal situation, but having her kill Lee I feel she now has the emotional capability to repeat the action if absolutely necessary.
* Walker in Crawford

I can see where you are coming from but I don't want her to go through with that. She had seen so much shit and everyone she knew just being taken away from her, I didn't want Clem to shoot Lee. Innocence was the only thing she had left and I didn't want to throw that out the window. Although I smashed Larry's head in, stole supplies and all kinds of actions that I regret my sole motive was to keep her safe and I did it for her. I felt that she seen all the pain I inflicted on others and I just for once wanted to make up for that by leaver her with that one thing. Her innocence.

The walker is one of the most common things to kill in a world like this, i mean, Clementine already killed two, but i won't rule out the possibility that Winston who appears to not have good intentions as shown in the trailer will become a target.

Walker.
If given the choice 'my' Clementine probably won't kill anyone.
Ofcourse you never know what is going to happen, mercy kill, self defence etc.
In season 1, My Clementine first killed a walker in Crawford, then killed Lee.
In season 2, I'm going to guess it will be a walker

Maybe it will be a walker or a human. You can never know. If it is a pervert douchebag like Nate, maybe it will be a human first.
