So far Rebecca, though I imagine that is the case for most people as so far she is the biggest thorn in Clem's side.
But I have a feeling that Rebecca is going to turn out to be a slightly more sympathetic character than how she is portrayed in the first episode. Its possible that the confusion over the child's father might not be due to any indiscretions on her part. If it turns out she was raped, would it change how people view her? It might explain help explain her attitude, and it would be a hook to giving the player a reason to care what happens to her, and to have Clem help with the baby.
^Yeah, my thought is that this carver guy might have assaulted her, given the clues in the trailer, which would be quite sad, it would make her a lot more sympathetic.
I will admit though I don't like her right now, nor her suggestible, malleable wishy-washy husband, though I guess he does "break the rules" and help you if you find him instead of Sarah.
If our suspicions turn out to be the case.... man, I'll feel awful for disliking her.

I don't dislike any. I like all of them. Obviously, they give you fuel to hate Rebecca, but needless to say, you'll have to get closer to her later on. She is kinda like Larry. You hate them, but you can't help but feel a bit drawn to their motives.
Rebecca (kind of a bitch), Carlos (kind of a dick), Sarah (didn't like the whole 'best friends' thing. Lowered the tension of the events at hand.)

Na, I've gotta go with Rebecca first (for obvious bitchy reasons) and then Carlos. He seemed ok at first but then went into full dick head mode later talking about his daughter.

Rebecca (surprise). I'm sure they're going to paint her as sympathetic later ...if she gets a freaking stupid rape story for the boohoos I will flip a table made of kittens.
Not fond of the doctor guy, either. Not only is hea terrible doctor (only zombie bites cause fevers? lolwut?) but he seems like a fool for trying to shelter Sarah the way he is. Even if she may be autistic, he's not doing her any favors. I look forward see him trying to shelter her for the rest of his life.
Lastly, Alvin. He hasn't even done anything really, but he seems weak-willed, and those kinds of people never work out well in these situations. I have a feeling he might be this group's Ben.
Number one has to be Rebecca, she's set up to be the Larry of the group, and I look forward to a salt lick opportunity. Bald guy who saves you is cool, the other guy who saves you initially is kind of a jerk but he isn't too bad, Nick almost shot me but I'd rather not have another enemy so I forgave him.
Carlos proved completely useless(what doctor cannot tell the difference between a bite from human and dog teeth), Sarah is cool, we pinky swore and stuff so I'll help her if she needs it(she probably will if she's prone to letting strangers into her room at night). Alvin hasn't really done anything to set himself apart from the others.
Probably just Rebecca for me at this stage though I highly suspect that will change and she will get sympathy from us.
All the rest I'm kinda neutral about at this stage. With the exception of Luke and Pete. They found me, they saved me and they seem the nicest of the bunch. Yes Luke dropped me when he saw the dog bite, but I think anyone would do the same considering the situation.

She's like Sophia in the comic book, but why does she deserve to have her father? Fuck that, grow a pair, kid.
I might not be really ORIGINAL in saying this, but... REBECCA. Seriously. Bitch needs to chill out.
Sarah. She seems poorly written and poorly acted, but I guess we'll learn more of her backstory soon enough.

The scavenger in the beginning. Larry's introduction was downright amiable compared to how unsympathetic she came across to be.
Of the new group, I'd probably have to go with Rebecca. Though like people say, she'll probably get some tragic development that paints her in a new light before too long.
I dislike Rebecca, and Carlos. But I think I hate Carlos more at the moment.

Rebecca may be annoying, and may (possibly) have intentionally cheated on Alvin, but she's not actively ruining lives like Carlos... Yet.
